  With a large tenant vacancy imminent, Keeney Design was hired to remodel the building lobby, elevator cabs and common corridors to improve leasing and promote lease renewals.

  The first CAD rendering shows the proposed design for the lobby area.  The second CAD rendering shows an alternate flooring pattern that the client used to evaluate design decisions.

  Client preferences and parameters included medium budget range, contemporary corporate feel, new stone flooring, new seating areas and the addition of flat panel TVs.
