Keeney Design began evaluating buildings and tenant spaces for compliance as soon as Congress enacted the “Americans with Disabilities Act” (ADA), in January of 1992. We have been actively investigating and researching the details of this legislation since then and are very familiar with it. Even if we are not doing a formal ADA Compliance Survey and Report for you, we will advise you of any aspects of the proposed plan that do not comply with the ADA, and make cost-effective recommendations for compliance.
