As an integral part of the development of restaurant design, Keeney Design has extensive experience in commercial kitchen design. On some projects, the food service equipment supplier or restaurant operator provided the information that allowed us to develop the kitchen design. On complex projects that involved purchase of a large quantity of new equipment, we frequently utilized the services of a kitchen designer that specializes in this to assist in the evaluation of equipment options and design development.
