  Prudential Real Estate had previously used Keeney Design to develop lobby remodel projects for two of their office buildings in Denver, and elected to work with them again on this lobby remodel.
  The first phase of this budget-conscious project was the remodel of the main lobby and elevator cabs. Phase two, done the following year, was the remodel of the four-story atrium space that contains an espresso bar, light food service, and seating. Design elements include the use of acrylic EcoResin panels, wallcovering, porcelain tile flooring with carpet insets, new seating and lighting.
