• Details:

  Following a change in building management and leasing, Keeney Design was hired to remodel the building common areas to improve leasing and promote lease renewals. Although a low-budget lobby renovation had been completed by another architect only two years earlier, the results did not meet the owner’s leasing goals, and this new remodel was begun. Client preferences included light wood, granite flooring with carpet insets, and upgraded lighting. This renovation improved leasing and retention and resulted in more lobby remodel work in other buildings for this client.
