Following a change in building management and leasing, Keeney Design was hired to remodel the building common areas to improve leasing and promote lease renewals.  A low-budget lobby renovation had been completed by another architect only two years earlier, but the results did not meet the owner’s leasing goals.

The dramatic improvement in tenant leasing and retention in this project resulted in Keeney Design being awarded more building and lobby remodel work in several other buildings for this client.
