This building was purchased by a Chicago-based REIT that wanted to improve tenant retention and increase lease rates.  Owner CMD Realty had previously teamed with Keeney Design to renovate the lobby and common areas of a high-rise office building in downtown Denver, and based on the success of that project elected to work with Keeney Design again for this remodel project.  Client requests included the use of dark wood and granite and upgraded lighting throughout the project.
